The learning process
All Ukrainian students will be taught in the state language. If the program is opened for international students, it will be taught in one of the foreign languages, including English.
The educational process involves the application of an ecosystem approach. This means that students, teachers, authorities, and involved business circles, communicating around specific problems, together form a new network of interconnected and diverse but motivated participants and a basis for mutual trust.
This is realized in inter-faculty discussion platforms to discuss and initiate community and reconstruction projects tailored to the local context. We attach great importance to understanding local needs and knowing local communities, particularly in Central and Eastern Ukraine.

Commonly used forms of training:
- classical lectures, but with mandatory joint discussion of key issues
- final research works of students (diploma works), which provide for the receipt of an applied or scientific-applied product as a result;
- practice-oriented (applied) projects. Expected results: developed and substantiated project solution, proposals for policy makers (policy paper, white paper), case study, author’s comprehensive justification of a management decision commissioned by a local government, state corporation or association;
- work in microgroups to discuss the case;
- scientific seminars and conferences (at the invitation of teachers);
- specialized and career guidance events to better master new opportunities of digital technologies;
- excursions to enterprises and organizations;
- service projects aimed at solving official tasks. Expected result: promoting the development of mainly organizational and communication competencies of students;
- international mobility programs (for more details, see the university’s website).
In general, the educational process is built through the promotion of a culture of lifelong learning and the skills to communicate productively with colleagues and partners, realizing oneself.
