He educational and scientific institute “Institute of State Administration” is a modern educational and scientific complex, which has no analogues in the Eastern region of Ukraine in terms of the scope and specificity of its activities.

Given its integration into public management processes, the institute performs a consolidated role in the professional discussion of issues related to important changes in the state and society. This allows him to move in the rhythm and direction of social transformations.

The mission of the institute is to provide modern and high-quality training of highly qualified managers to solve the tasks of innovative sustainable development of Ukrainian society, formation of professional competencies and leadership qualities of specialists based on the best international practices and democratic values.

“Education despite the war” is the motto of the University and our Institute during the war from 2022.

Continuous improvements are implemented in the system of professional training in accordance with the needs of stakeholders, in particular, practice-oriented project training: students learn to solve specific practical tasks in real conditions of today.

The Institute provides a continuous cycle of lifelong training of professional managers. The training is not only formalized (long-term and short-term programs), but also modern: dual education, problem-oriented training, aimed at results, quality assurance of the implementation of the full HR cycle — starting with the start of a career, professional development and ending with motivation for the acquired competences and their application in practice.
