Privacy policy
Please read this Privacy Policy, which defines the rules for the collection, use, processing and storage of personal data of Users (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), on the website modernization.org.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Site).
PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING. The purpose of processing personal data is to provide services to Users.

2. COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA ABOUT THE USER
2.1. The information collected by the Website is, within reasonable limits and to the minimum extent necessary, protected by technical means and security procedures to prevent unauthorized access or use of data by third parties. The Website may collect, store and use such personal data of Users:
- last name, first name and patronymic;
- e-mail address (e-mail);
- mobile phone number;
- date of birth
- place of residence;
- history of use of the Website by the User;
2.2. 4.4. Receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of submission of the request, except as provided by law, a response on whether their personal data is processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data.
4.5. To submit a reasoned request to the website that owns personal data with an objection to the processing of their personal data.
4.6. To submit a reasoned request to the website to change or destroy your personal data if this data is processed illegally or is unreliable.
4.7. To protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or discrediting the honor, pride and business reputation of an individual.
5. UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE NEWSLETTER
The Site provides registered Users with the right to refuse to receive any advertising materials or mailing of messages regarding the services provided through the Site. This can be done by accessing this Website and unsubscribing from the newsletter (if it is set up and the User is subscribed to it).
