Unique training program
The program includes 11 fundamentally new and modern disciplines, which is 52% of the total number. The disciplines were developed in 2023 specifically for this educational program and contain a unique structure and content. Some of the disciplines in the “digital profile” are compiled and taught exclusively by domestic practitioners – knowledge holders who developed and implemented them in business in 2020-2023.
The remaining disciplines in the curriculum are 6 classical fundamental disciplines that form the basis of modern public administration, and 4 (or 19%) disciplines have been significantly updated to reflect global digital, geopolitical and economic trends in 2019-2023.
Understanding interconnections and positive thinking
It takes place through the solution of special cases from the real experience of Ukraine and the world over the past three years, as well as through professionally moderated discussions and joint project initiatives for local authorities.
Useful social connections and collaboration skills
This is necessary for their rapid or even immediate realization in real life in Ukraine and Europe – in the processes of rebuilding and renewal of the elites that are the creators of change.
Ecosystem approach to learning and interaction
Educational ecosystems are networks of interconnected and diverse actors involved in the process of learning, education and lifelong development. They are dynamic and constantly evolving.
We take into account the fact that modern education is becoming more flexible and personalized. Its content and regulation are based on the involvement of numerous stakeholders instead of centralized (directive) regulation.
