The program is a unique hybrid of public administration theory, economic reform experience, and the application of the most significant digital technologies to help accelerate Ukraine’s post-war modernization and build a 21st century “new Singapore” in Eastern Europe.
This has been done:
- Classical and fundamentally new disciplines that are framed from a governance and public administration perspective, rather than the technical organization and economic analysis of benefits and costs typically offered by competitors.
- Topics, practical cases and group dialogues are carefully selected to clarify the main current realities and defining trends in Ukraine and the changing world.
